I have a NCv2.2 project seeking EP for an ID credit.
Regardless of the credit, they are basically seeking EP for stuff that is standard in the v2009 Rating System.
So, in other words, can a NCv2.2 project use v09 credit criteria for EP?
The Prelim Comment pended the credit stating that no EP exists for the credit, but that there is a LEED Interpretation they could try to fall under.

I don't think they can do it, but suggest checking with Theresa if our team doesn't know for sure.

From Theresa: Hi John, I agree that this has not be considered as an option for exemplary performance in v2.2. I suggest that you select some of the related LIs and reference them. I did a search of ‘floorscore’ and see that it’s an alternative compliance path. I hope this link works and is helpful: www.usgbc.org/search/floorscore?filters=type:leed_interpretation Let me know if you have other questions about this. I hope I see you in DC next week.
