Does anyone know whether project teams are allowed to follow Title-24 2008 instead of 2005 when submitting EAp2 in LEED 2009?

I've seen a few changes in the envelope and baseline system requirements in the 2008 version so I'm guessing if the newer version is allowed it would have to followed in it's entirety.

From what I've seen, baseline systems over 10 tons are required to have vfd (2-speed) fans. -MARK

I am QC-ing another project where the team is using Title 24 2008. I checked the website and it looks like the 2008 requirements apply for all projects registered after 1/2010. My guess is we will see a lot more of these. Do you plan to submit this item for the reviewer call agenda?
